#ROW80 Check-in June 11th

Here we are again! I’ve been on vacation this week, and I started out being fairly productive, and then things took a nose dive in the latter part of the week due to TN pain. It’s been pretty bad, some of it topping at a level 10 (on the Pain scale) and it’s been miserable. 😦 I will be calling my neuro tomorrow to see if he can up my dosage of my medication before I see him in September.

So, here’s the rundown:

Fireborn – Up to page 20 of 40, wrote 250 new words.

Water – Every day except one.

Secret project – Up to 11k now.

Guild Wars – Lots and lots of this. Trying to distract myself from the pain. 😦

Covenant – Nada.

FYFB class – Nada.

Promotion for Fey Touched – Nothing new this week.

Chocolate consumption: Twix ice cream bars, hot chocolate, skinny cow dreamy clusters. Not a lot this week. Need to eat more!

#ROW80 Check-in 1/21/15

Still moving along.  I had severe eye pain last night and didn’t want to take anything for it (too late in the day — it’d mess me up for work) so I took last night off writing.  Didn’t want to, but I just couldn’t think with my eye and head hurting so much.

But today, I was back at it!  I’m heading toward the halfway point, and it’s getting interesting.  While I know the basics of what I want to happen, a lot of the character development has been done on the fly.  I also discovered something about the male lead, Rick.  Hmmm.  This should complicate things, but in a good way. ~evil grin~

What’s happening: More investigating, and something has just come to light
What’s next: Stonewalling.  More investigation.  Another murder.

Project: Survivor
Work done since last check-in: Nothing on paper yet, but I have been considering changing one aspect of the plot to make it more personal and tighter.  So that’s a thing.

Feeling: Honestly? Stressed out because today was a bad day at work
Eye report: Horrible. 😦
Back report: Twinge-y.  Took a minor fall in the parking lot next door to my work and I am praying it’s nothing serious.
Chocolate consumption: Oddly enough, not a lot! A WW snack and hot chocolate last night.  More hot chocolate tonight, I think!
